1 teaspoon, to top
Oats, rolled, uncooked
1 cup
Milk, whole, 3.25% milkfat, with added vitamin D
1 cup
Blueberries, raw
fresh or frozen
Honey, raw
1 tablespoon

Instructions
Combine the rolled oats and milk in a small saucepan over medium heat.
Cook, stirring regularly, for 5–6 minutes until the oats are creamy and have absorbed most of the milk.
Add a pinch of salt and stir through.
Pour into a bowl. Top with mixed berries, a drizzle of honey and a sprinkle of chia or flax seeds.
Serve immediately.
