Basil, fresh
large handful of leaves
Cheese, mozzarella, nonfat
fresh mozzarella
Tomatoes, red, ripe, raw, year round average
3 large ripe tomatoes

Instructions
Slice the tomatoes and mozzarella into roughly equal slices (about 1cm thick).
Arrange them on a plate, alternating and overlapping slightly.
Tuck the fresh basil leaves between the slices.
Drizzle generously with olive oil.
Season with flaky sea salt and freshly cracked black pepper.
Serve immediately as a starter or side.
