Bananas, raw
1 frozen banana
Milk, whole, 3.25% milkfat, with added vitamin D
1 cup
Yogurt, Greek, plain, whole milk
½ cup
Cocoa powder, unsweetened
1 tablespoon
Honey, raw
1 teaspoon

Instructions
Add all ingredients to a blender: frozen banana, milk, Greek yoghurt, cocoa powder, and honey.
Blend on high until completely smooth.
Taste and add more cocoa for a darker chocolate flavour, or more honey for sweetness.
Pour into a glass and serve immediately.
