Beef, grass-fed, ground, raw

8 small tortillas
Avocado, raw
1 medium, diced
Tomatoes, cherry, raw

1 lime
Garlic, raw
2 cloves, minced
Cumin (cummin) seed, dried, ground
1 teaspoon
Oil, olive, extra light
1 tablespoon

Instructions
Heat oil in a frying pan over medium-high heat. Add the beef mince and cook, breaking it up, for 6–8 minutes until browned.
Add garlic, cumin, paprika, salt and pepper. Stir and cook for 1 minute.
Add a splash of water and stir to combine. Simmer for 2 minutes until the liquid reduces.
Warm the tortillas in a dry pan or directly over a gas flame for 20–30 seconds each side.
Assemble the tacos: spoon the beef into each tortilla.
Top with diced avocado, diced tomato, grated cheese and a dollop of sour cream.
Finish with a squeeze of lime and fresh coriander. Serve immediately.
