Avocado, raw
2 large ripe avocados
Limes, raw
juice of 1 lime
Lettuce, leaf, red, raw
¼ small red onion, finely diced
Tomatoes, grape, raw
1 medium tomato, diced
Garlic, raw
1 clove, minced

Instructions
Halve and stone the avocados. Scoop the flesh into a bowl.
Mash with a fork to your preferred texture — some like it chunky, others smooth.
Add the lime juice, finely diced red onion, diced tomato, coriander and salt.
Stir to combine. Taste and adjust seasoning — add more lime or salt as needed.
Serve immediately with tortilla chips or as a topping. Press cling film directly onto the surface if storing.
