Instructions
Mix olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, rosemary, thyme, salt and pepper in a bowl.
Add chicken breasts, coat well, and marinate for at least 30 minutes.
Preheat grill or griddle pan to medium-high heat.
Grill chicken for 6–7 minutes per side until cooked through.
Rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
Serve with roasted vegetables or a fresh salad.
