Pan-Seared Lemon Garlic Salmon
Crispy-skinned salmon fillets finished with a bright lemon garlic butter sauce — on the table in under 20 minutes.
Lemon garlic salmon tray bake - easy & healthy!
Recipe video above. A tasty salmon tray bake recipe that's as simple as it is healthy. Salmon infused with an assertive lemon garlic marinade cooks in just 11 minutes alongside parmesan asparagus and blistered cherry tomatoes. No stove splatter - yay! Green beans would also work great, or thin broccolini stems (and the florets go crunchy!). Shower with parmesan and squeeze of lemon for an easy finishing touch.
Black Bean & Avocado Tacos
Smoky black bean tacos loaded with creamy avocado, pickled red onion, and a squeeze of lime — ready in 20 minutes.
Italian Meatballs (Extra Soft and Juicy!)
Recipe video above. These are my idea of "perfect" meatballs. I make them extra soft and juicy by using bread instead of breadcrumbs, and the grated onion is my secret tip for adding extra flavour into this. Plus, no need to sauté diced onion before mixing it in! Served with a rich tomato sauce made extra tasty by cooking it in the same pan that the meatballs are browned in.
