Onion rings, breaded, par fried, frozen, prepared, heated in oven
Lettuce, iceberg, raw
Tomato, roma
Imitation cheese, american or cheddar, low cholesterol

Instructions
Brown ground beef in a pan over high heat, breaking up as it cooks.
Drain excess fat, then add taco seasoning, garlic powder, and a splash of water.
Simmer until sauce thickens, about 3 minutes.
Warm taco shells in oven for 5 minutes.
Fill shells with beef, then top with shredded lettuce, diced tomato, and grated cheddar.
Add a dollop of sour cream and sliced jalapeños.
Serve immediately.
