Onion rings, breaded, par fried, frozen, prepared, heated in oven

Cheese, feta, whole milk, crumbled

150 g

Olives, green, Manzanilla, stuffed with pimiento

100 g

Oil, olive, extra virgin

Chop tomatoes into wedges, slice cucumber into half-moons, and slice red onion finely.

Combine in a large bowl with Kalamata olives.

Drizzle generously with extra virgin olive oil.

Squeeze over lemon juice and season with dried oregano, salt and pepper.

Place a thick slab of feta on top (don't crumble it).
